Inter are at the finish line in their race to sign Bayern Munich’s Yann Sommer, with the goalkeeper expected in Milan on Monday.
The Nerazzuri have been at work to sign the Swiss international since the start of the transfer window, but an agreement has reportedly been reached.
Sky Sport Italia report that Bayern Munich have accepted a €6 million transfer fee, offered with a two-year payment (i.e., the value of the release clause but paid over two years).
The final details are being worked out, and Sommer is expected in Italy on Monday to complete a medical with his new club.
