Inter have agreed personal terms with Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer and are now closing in on a deal with Bayern Munich. The Nerazzurri have bid farewell to veteran shot-stopper Samir Handanovic this week and are also expected to complete a deal for the sale of Andre Onana to Manchester United.
The club are expected to sign at least two new goalkeepers during the transfer window, and have begun by turning their attention to Sommer.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Inter have agreed personal terms with the 34-year-old, coming to an agreement on salary and contract. Next, they will begin negotiations with Bayern over a transfer fee, but a move is expected to be agreed between the two clubs.
The Nerazzurri are also expected to sign Shakhtar Donetsk youngster Anatoliy Trubin before the transfer window ends.
