Weston McKennie expected to leave Juventus this summer

Start

Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie is expected to leave the club this summer when his contract ends, having failed to agree a new deal. Talks between the Bianconeri and the USMNT international have reportedly been ongoing, but there’s been no progressing on agreeing terms.

TMW report that McKennie has rejected a two-year renewal proposal, or alternatively an annual renewal, worth €2.5 million, which is his current salary. This development has inevitably strained relations between him and the management, with McKennie’s departure at the end of the season a likely possibility.

The Texan native has been one of the bright spots in Juve’s 2023-24 season, providing seven assists across 32 appearances so far this season
