Premier League side West Ham have agreed terms with Sassuolo over a transfer for striker Gianluca Scamacca. The 23-year-old had been expected to join PSG in recent weeks and despite talks, the Ligue 1 side failed to make an acceptable offer to the Neroverdi.
The Guardian and numerous others report that West Ham will pay in the region of €35m for the Italy international and the striker is already on his way to London to to complete the move.
Personal terms are not reportedly agreed yet between the two parties, but its expected to be a formality before he pens a contract.
Scamacca scored 16 goals in 36 Serie A appearances for Sassuolo last season and has seven caps for his country.
