La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Napoli and Victor Osimhen have come to an agreement on a new contract deal. The two parties have been in talks over the duration of the summer months, despite the Nigerian striker having attracted the interest of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
La Gazzetta now report that Osimhen has agreed on a new contract with Napoli that will also include a release clause at €150m. The clause will vary depending on league with one amount set for clubs outside of Italy and one specifically for the Saudi Pro League.
The 24-year-old will earn a reported €10m per season salary including bonuses, and the player will also earn a portion of his image rights.
Speaking about the rumours linking Osimhen with PSG and other European clubs, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed that the striker will be remaining in Naples for the forseeable future.
