Juventus have agreed a deal with Ligue 1 side Lille for the transfer of USMNT winger Timothy Weah. The Bianconeri have reportedly moved quickly to secure the signing of the 23-year-old, who is set to arrive in Turin tomorrow to undergo his club medial.
Juve will reportedly pay €12m for Weah, who will sign a five-year contract with the Old Lady in the coming days. An official announcement for the deal is expected later this week, with the youngster expected to replace Juan Cuadrado in the Bianconeri’s squad.
Weah is versatile player who can fit in at wing-back as well as playing further up the pitch, an attribute that will see him in good stead in Max Allegri’s squad.
