Inter defender Milan Skriniar has reportedly told the Nerazzurri that he will not sign a new contract with the club. The Slovakian international is out of contract in June and has spent the last five months in talks with the club over a potential new deal.
Sky Sport Italia now report that the defender has turned down the latest offer from Inter which was a reported €6m plus add-ons.
For the moment, Skriniar has told the Nerazzurri that he will not be signing the new offer and wants to take time to consider offers from other clubs.
Paris Saint-Germain have already offered the player a higher salary offer, but there is also interest from Premier League clubs Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
Inter will keep the door open in case Skriniar changes his mind, but the club will have to look at alternative options in the meantime.
The refusal will come as a huge blow for Inter who turned down a €60m offer from PSG for the defender last summer as they were confident of securing a contract renewal before June.
