Sky Sport Italia claim Roma have agreed personal terms with RB Leipzig winger Angeliño, currently on loan at Galatasaray. The Giallorossi are continuing to look for low-cost solutions in the January transfer window as they look to reinforce key areas of the second part of the season.
Transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the left-wing is an area that needs strengthening for Roma, and as such, they’ve reached an agreement with Angeliño on personal terms.
Di Marzio suggests that Roma have stepped up their efforts to now reach an agreement with Leipzig, and are close to reaching a positive outcome.
The suggestion is that they will secure the services of the Spaniard on a six-month loan deal, which will include the right to sign him outright.
Angeliño is set to leave Galatasaray regardless, as he would have to be signed outright by the Turkish side, if he were to play one more game.
