Inter have agreed terms with Bundesliga side Union Berlin for the transfer of German full-back Robin Gosens. The 29-year-old has been linked with a number of German clubs since last summer when a last minute move to Bayer Leverkusen fell through.
Sky Sport Italia’s transfer specialist Gianluca Di Marzio reports today that there’s been a breakthrough in talks between Inter and Union, with the Nerazzurri agreeing to a€15 million transfer fee for Gosens.
The move is expected to be completed in the coming week, with Inter having already lined up a replacement in the shape of Monza full-back Carlos Augusto.
The Nerazzurri will use the funds from Gosens sale to fund the move for Augusto, who expected to cost them close to €13 million.
