Beppe Riso, the agent of Lazio midfielder Nicolò Rovella, has shed light on the player’s future in a recent interview with La Repubblica. Riso’s comments reveal the strong interest in Rovella from Premier League clubs and the player’s deep connection to Lazio.
When asked about Premier League proposals for Rovella, Riso stated, “More than one, but I won’t name the teams. It doesn’t surprise me; there are few young playmakers in Europe as strong as him. But it won’t be easy to move him, for at least two reasons. First: it’s always tough with Lotito. And he loves Lazio madly, he’s very comfortable there, he doesn’t see anything else. He’s a true Lazio fan.”
Rovella, who joined Lazio on a free loan with an obligation to buy set at 17 million euros payable over three years upon meeting certain sporting conditions, has made a significant impact this season. The young midfielder has featured in 28 matches across all competitions, providing two assists.
