Juventus are closing in on a one-year contract renewal for Adrien Rabiot, but may still make a move for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The Bianconeri are reportedly close to agreeing a new deal for the French midfielder, who is expected to renew with the Old Lady on the same contract terms as his existing deal.
Sky Sport Italia report that the signing of Rabiot’s new deal is very close and is expected to be announced this week, but his remaining at the club won’t rule out the prospect of another midfielder arriving.
Tuttosport claim that Juve ‘dream’ of a Rabiot-Milinkovic-Savic midfield pairing and have already sketched out a rough contract proposal for the Serbian international. The potential deal could include either midfielder Denis Zakaria or even youngster Nicolo Rovella.
Despite the Bianconeri’s strong interest, Milan and Inter are expected to compete for Milinkovic-Savic as well, given that he has one year left on his deal with Lazio and has no intention of renewing.
