Prosecutors seek indictment of Agnelli and 11 others

Start

Turin prosecutors have demanded the indictment of former Juventus President Andrea Agnelli and 11 other individuals. It’s a new chapter in the ongoing Prism investigation and follows the resignation of the Bianconeri’s board of directors.

A report from SportFace outlines the charges levelled at Juve as false corporate communications, market manipulation, fraudulent statements using invoices for nonexistent transactions, and obstruction of supervisory authorities.

The act also concerns Fabio Paratici, Maurizio Arrivabene and Pavel Nedved, among others. The three former members of the board of statutory auditors were removed from the roster. They are Silvia Lirici (defended by lawyer Marco Calleri), Nicoletta Paracchini and chairman Paolo Piccatti, both assisted by lawyer Luigi Giuliano.

The request concerns Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved, Fabio Paratici, Marco Re, Stefano Bertola, Stefano Cerrato, Cesare Gabasio, Maurizio Arrivabene, Francesco Roncaglio, Enrico Vellano, Stefania Boschetti, and Roberto Grossi.
