Juventus have held ‘positive’ talks with Tottenham Hotspur for the transfers of Dejan Kulusevski this summer. Reports from the English media suggested Newcastle United may have entered the race for the Swedish international, claiming they were offered the player for €35m.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio now reports that there have been positive talks between Juve and Spurs for the 23-year-old and ‘growing confidence’ that he will remain in England.
Di Marzio writes that Spurs are looking to get a discount on the current €35m evaluation for the player, and are in negotiations with Juve to try and lower the fee.
The suggestion is that there is confidence to reach an agreement with Juve for Kulusevski, and a deal could be reached at around €30m.
