Super agent Rafaela Pimenta remained coy on the future of Brazilian striker Marcos Leonardo, who has been linked with a move to Roma: “You have to ask Tiago Pinto.” The Giallorossi remain a potential destination for the young Brazilian star, having come close to signing him in the summer. A January move has been touted, but speaking with Il Corriere dello Sport, Pimenta refused to be drawn on the future of her client:
“Marcos Leonardo to Roma? You have to ask Tiago Pinto. For sure it’s the right time to move and Marcos is ready for a great Italian and European team.
“Pogba? Paul is an optimist by nature, that’s how he is. He’s working every day. When the time comes to return to the pitch, he’ll be ready. I always say ‘born ready’ about him. Even to face such difficult challenges.
“Donnarumma? Gigio will never please everyone, there’s a lot of envy and then there are times when he gets compliments. He’s strong and proves it every time.”
