Paul Pogba banned four years for doping

Start

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has been handed a four year ban by Italy’s anti-doping tribunal but is expected to appeal the decision. The Frenchman failed a doping test in August 2023 after Juve’s win over Udinese.

Sky Sport Italia, Goal Italia and numerous others now report that the anti-doping tribunal has accepted requests from the FIGC Prosecutor for a four-year ban for the 30-year-old.

Sky Italia now report that Pogba will appeal the ban at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, while Juventus are yet to comment on the outcome.
