Lazio have identified Spanish midfielder Oliver Torres from Sevilla as a potential successor for Luis Alberto.
As it stands, the 30 year-old central midfielder is currently unhappy under Sarri at the Biancocelesti as a result of his lack of playing time despite his impressive forms of four goals and two assists in 17 matches across all competitions for the capital club.
As per La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio are monitoring Oliver Torres as an option to fill the void within the midfield in the case that Luis Alberto departs for another club within the winter transfer window.
So far this season, the 28 year-old attacking midfielder amassed a total of three goals and twelve games-played within the league.
With Oliver Torres playing at one of Luis Alberto’s possible destinations, Lazio are open to discuss a potential swap deal with the addition of a bid worth between 15-18 million euros from Sevilla for their Spaniard.
In addition, I Biancocelesti have also listed Benjamin Borigeaud from French outfit Rennes and Verona youngster Ivan Illic as possible targets within the central park.
