Napoli have officially confirmed that midfielder Stanislav Lobotka has extended his contract with the club until 2027. The announcement has been on the cards for a while now, with the Slovakia international hinting that talks were complete in a recent interview as he wanted to remain at the club.
Napoli confirmed the news via a statement on the club’s official website, stating:
“SSC Napoli is delighted to announce that Stanislav Lobotka has extended his contract with the club until 30 June 2027 with an option for an additional year until 30 June 2028.”
The 28-year old arrived in Naples in 2020, joining the Partenopei from Celta Vigo for €21m. He’s since played 97 games for Napoli, scoring two goals in four seasons to date.
