Fiorentina have officially confirmed the signing of Juventus striker Moise Kean on a four-year contract for a reported €13 million fee. The two sides had been in talks for the move for several weeks, with Kean reportedly keen to reestablish his career after a dismal 2023-24 campaign where he failed to score a single goal.
A statement on the Viola’s official website confirmed the move:
“ACF Fiorentina would like to announce the signing of Moise Kean from Juventus FC on a permanent transfer.
Kean, born in Vercelli on February 28, 2000, has also played for Hellas Verona, Everton and Paris Saint-Germain. Despite his tender age he has already won three Scudetti, two Coppa Italias, one Coupe de France, one Italian Super Cup and one Trophee des Champions.
The forward has represented Italy at every level, from U15 all the way up to the senior team. He has so far been capped 15 times by the Azzurri, scoring four goals in the process.”
