Juventus and Serbia winger Filip Kostic has suffered partial damage to the external collateral ligament, ruling him out for the remainder of the EUROs. The 31-year-old picked up the knock in Serbia’s 1-0 defeat to England on Sunday, and underwent tests with the national team.
Serbia spokesman Milan Vuković confirmed that Kostic had suffered an external collateral ligament injury and is expected to be out for at least two weeks.
As such, the Bianconeri man is expected to withdraw from the Serbia squad and will be forced to watch his teammates from the sidelines.
