Start

Cagliari have officially announced the signing of Feralpisalò winger Mattia Felici on a three-year contract. A statement on the clubs official website confirmed the news:

“Cagliari Calcio is pleased to announce the acquisition of the sporting rights of player Mattia Felici, who transfers from Feralpisalò on a permanent basis and has signed a contract until June 30, 2027, with a renewal option in favor of the Club for an additional two seasons.

Born in Rome on April 17, 2001, he took his first steps with Nuova Tor Tre Teste before joining Lecce’s youth sector in 2018. He made his Serie B debut with Lecce on March 23, 2019, in a 7-0 victory against Ascoli. At the end of the season, he moved on loan to Palermo in Serie D, making a crucial contribution to the Rosanero’s promotion to Serie C, totaling 25 appearances, 4 goals, and 3 assists.

After returning to Lecce in July 2020, January 2022 marked his second stint at Palermo: in Serie C, he made 11 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 1 assist. Six months later, he transferred permanently to Triestina, where he established himself as a key player, helping the team secure safety with 4 goals and 3 assists in 30 matches. The past season saw him wear the jersey of newly-promoted Serie B side Feralpisalò, where he stood out with 5 goals and 6 assists in 38 games.

A classic offensive winger known for his speed and technical abilities in one-on-one situations on both flanks, he has over time developed great offensive effectiveness both in finishing and playmaking, proving to be a decisive element for his teams.”
