The Bayern Munich Vs Inter 2010 UEFA Champions League Final Lineups

Start

Ahead of tonight’s quarter-final first leg clash, we take a trip down memory lane and revisit the Bayern vs Inter 2010 lineups for the UEFA Champions League final.

The two European heavyweights go toe-to-toe at the Allianz Arena hoping to gain an advantage going into the second leg next week.

Bayern boast the better record when it comes to H2H meetings in Europe’s elite club competition. However, Inter came out on top in the most prestigious meeting 15 years ago.

Diego Milito and Wesley Sneijder starred as the Serie A giants claimed a famous 2-0 win at the Bernabeu on May 22, 2010. That victory secured a historic treble for Jose Mourinho’s side.

Since that night in Madrid, Vincent Kompany’s side have gone on to win three of the last four UCL meetings. The Nerazzurri’s only victory came in Munich when they won 3-2 in a round of 16 clash in 2011.
