Napoli has begun to make significant moves in the transfer market as they prepare for the January window. The club is not only focusing on high-profile signings for manager Antonio Conte but is also looking to invest in promising young talents who could benefit from first-team experience. In this context, Giovanni Manna has accelerated efforts to secure Luis Hasa, a player he previously nurtured during his tenure as sporting director at Juventus.
Luis Hasa, born in January 2004 in Sora, has long been regarded as one of the most talked-about prospects within Juventus’ youth system. An exceptionally talented Italo-Albanian, Hasa has represented Italy at various youth levels, including playing a pivotal role in the Under-19 team that won the European Championship last summer. Known for his exceptional dribbling skills, he primarily plays as an attacking midfielder but can also operate effectively on the left flank. This past summer, Juventus opted to sell him to Lecce for approximately €500,000 while retaining a 30% sell-on clause.
Calciomercato report how Manna, who had been closely following Hasa’s development, took advantage of his transfer to Lecce to finalize a deal that would bring him to Napoli. The agreement is reportedly close to completion for around €500,000, with Juventus set to receive €150,000 from the sale due to their sell-on clause. There are also indications that future transactions could occur between Napoli and Lecce involving players like Rafa Mir and Zerbin, who have caught the attention of Lecce’s management.
Additionally, the potential departure of Zerbin could trigger a chain reaction that might involve Hasa moving to Bari, another club under the De Laurentiis umbrella. In this scenario, Bari could send Mehdi Dorval, a right-sided player born in 2001, to Napoli as part of the exchange.
