Napoli have exercised their option to sign striker Giovanni SImeone outright from Hellas Verona this summer. The Argentine spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan in Naples, with the club retaining the option to sign him in June for €12m.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Partenopei have triggered the option for the 27-year-old, who will now become a permenent member of their squad.
