Reports from Italy suggest Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has agreed a contract extension with Napoli until 2026. The 24-year-old has reportedly been in talks with the club over a new deal since the summer, following their historic Scudetto win.
Despite numerous offers from the Saudi Pro League, Osimhen opted to remain with the Partenopei for another season, and will be rewarded with a significantly improved contract.
Il Mattino and Fabrizio Romano report that a new agreement with Napoli has been reached, with the deal expected to include a €130 million release clause.
The official announcement is expected soon, with Osimhen set to renew until 2026 while earning the highest salary at the club.
