English newspaper the Sunday Times report that former Roma coach Jose Mourinho will meet with Napoli next week. The Special One was fired from his role as head coach with the Giallorossi last week, and has already been linked with a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Shabab.
Despite the prospect of earning a significant increase in salary, reports from Italy suggest that the Portuguese coach is keen to remain in Italy for now.
The Times report that Mourinho will meet with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis next week to discuss the prospect of taking over at the Partenopei.
Napoli have struggled since Luciano Spalletti left at the start of the season, having already fired Rudi Garcia and replaced him with Walter Mazzari.
