Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan will extend his contract with the club, despite having offers from overseas. The Armenian international turns 35 in January and was linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, given that his contract with the Nerazzurri is ending in June 2024.
Transfer journalist Nicolo Schira reports that despite the Saudi interest, Mkhitaryan is expected to remain in Milan and extend his contract by another year.
Schira suggests that the veteran midfielder turned down a more lucrative offer from the Middle East in favour of remaining with Inter.
