Arkadiusz Milik’s injury woes continue to plague Juventus as the Polish striker has now returned to his homeland for further rehabilitation. The 30-year-old forward, who has yet to make an appearance for the Bianconeri this season, is no longer in Turin as he continues his recovery process.
According to recent reports from Calciomercato , Milik has been allowed to travel back to Poland to continue his treatment and rehabilitation. Prior to this, he had been working separately at Juventus’s Continassa training complex, unable to join his teammates in group sessions.
The striker’s absence has been a significant blow for manager Thiago Motta, who has been without Milik’s services since the start of the 2024-25 campaign. Initially expected to return early in the season, Milik’s recovery timeline has been repeatedly extended. The injury, which occurred during Poland’s final friendly before Euro 2024, has proven to be more complex than initially anticipated.
Hopes were high for Milik’s return towards the end of 2024, but just as he seemed on the verge of rejoining full training, he suffered another setback. This latest complication has further delayed his comeback, leaving Juventus short of options in attack.
As it stands, there is no clear timeline for when Motta will be able to call upon the experienced striker.
