Milan Yet to Reach Agreement with Francesco Camarda

Start

Francesco Camarda, who celebrated his 16th birthday on Sunday, is now eligible to sign his first professional contract with Serie A giants Milan. However, despite reaching this milestone, negotiations between the Rossoneri and the young striker’s agent have yet to yield an agreement.

Transfer journalist Matteo Moretto has informed Caught Offside that, “as of today, there is still no agreement between Milan and Camarda.” While discussions are ongoing, it appears that a deal is not imminent.

Camarda made headlines in November 2023 when he became the youngest debutant in Serie A, showcasing his talent by coming off the bench in the second half against Fiorentina at the iconic San Siro stadium. His potential has been evident, with two senior appearances this season and an impressive record of 12 goals in 30 games for Milan’s Primavera team (U19).

Despite his youth, Camarda has attracted attention from several top European clubs, with Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham, and Arsenal reportedly expressing interest in the talented striker. Additionally, Serie A rivals Inter, Milan, and Roma have also entered the fray, with contacts reportedly made through the player’s agent, Beppe Riso, who also represents Sandro Tonali.
