Milan have opened talks with La Liga side Valencia over a potential transfer for USMNT midfielder Yunus Musah. The 19-year-old has already had a storied career, having been born in New York, starting his youth career at Giorgione Calcio in Italy, then making the move to Arsenal’s youth academy, before finally ending up at Valencia.
The youngster has stated on previous occasions that he would like to return to play in Italy one day, while being linked with Milan, Inter and Juventus before the start of the transfer window.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano now reports that Milan have opened ‘concrete talks’ with Valencia for Musah, and view him as ‘one of their top targets for the midfield’, along with Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek deal done.
Romano states that negotiations are ongoing, and opening bid is expected soon as a €20 million fee could be enough to reach an agreement.
