Milan reach agreement with Silvano Vos, negotiations with Ajax underway

Start

AC Milan have accelerated their pursuit of Silvano Vos, the talented 18-year-old midfielder from Ajax. The Rossoneri have reached a principle agreement with the player, who is represented by super-agent Pini Zahavi.

According to the latest reports from Calciomercato, Milan is prepared to offer Vos a long-term contract, potentially a four-year deal with an option or directly a five-year contract, in line with their recent transfer strategy.

The next step for Milan is to find an agreement with Ajax. The Dutch club is reportedly asking for a fee between €9-10 million to let Vos depart. However, negotiations are ongoing, and both parties are in contact to reach a definitive agreement soon.

Milan’s management sees Vos as a significant investment in a profile with great growth potential. The plan is for Vos to initially contribute to Daniele Bonera’s Milan Futuro (youth team) while also being ready to step up to Paulo Fonseca’s first team when needed.

The Rossoneri board is working to lower Ajax’s asking price. Pini Zahavi’s involvement is expected to be crucial in these negotiations, given his status as one of the most powerful agents in world football. Milan has already defined the agreement with Zahavi and is now waiting for the Dutch club’s response.

If Ajax is willing to offer a discount, Milan is prepared to make the decisive move to secure Vos’s signature. The young midfielder, often compared to Clarence Seedorf, could become the latest addition to Milan’s strategy of investing in promising young talents.
