Milan director Geoffrey Moncada was in the stands at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara to watch Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee. The Rossoneri remain linked with the Dutch forward as they continue their search for a new centre-forward to compliment Olivier Giroud.
Sky Sport Italia report that Moncada is tracking Zirkzee’s progress this season, and personally went to scout the young talent who has eight goals and four assists in 20 matches so far this season.
The 22-year-old talent has a €40m release clause in his contract, but this is only valid for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, the same side he left in 2022 to join Bologna.
Bologna are not expected to part with the striker in the winter transfer window, but could cash in on him in the summer.
