Around 19:30, three legendary Milan strikers will be inducted into the club’s Hall of Fame. The inductees will be chosen from an illustrious group including van Basten, Shevchenko, Pato, Inzaghi, Weah, and Ibrahimovic.
The team will take the field wearing a special anniversary jersey. This commemorative kit, which has been available for pre-order on Milan’s online store since yesterday, has already broken sales records in its first 24 hours. Early reports suggest the jersey will be entirely black, including the sponsor logos and club crest, embodying a classic design. This aligns with another anniversary jersey that was designed with input from Milan fans worldwide.
The stadium will welcome numerous Milan legends, with a particular focus on the Dutch trio of Van Basten, Gullit, and Rijkaard. According to Calciomercato, the club has extended an invitation to Paolo Maldini, though his attendance has not yet been confirmed. Maldini’s potential presence would add significant weight to the celebration, given his iconic status and recent history with the club.
