Meanwhile, the club’s management has begun the search for a permanent replacement, with several high-profile names emerging as potential candidates.
Massimiliano Allegri, currently without a managerial position since leaving Juventus, is being considered as a strong contender. Known for his ability to manage big clubs and handle pressure, Allegri could be the right fit to stabilize United’s current situation.
However, Xavi appears to be the frontrunner for the position. The former Barcelona manager has reportedly already been in contact with United’s management, even before the West Ham match.
