Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Djibril Sow remains Lazio’s first choice and coach Maurizio Sarri has reportedly spoken with the player. The Biancocelesti have been linked with a move for the Swiss international in recent weeks, but recent reports suggested La Liga side Sevilla may enter the race to sign him.
Sky Sport Italia report that despite the competition, Lazio have no intention of giving up on signing Sow, and Sarri has reportedly been in touch with the player to try and convince him of the project. Sow also has an offer from Serie A side Napoli, and is expected to make his decision very soon.
Last season Sow made 32 appearances with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga while also scoring 4 goals. The 26-year-old also played 8 games in the Champions League.
