Lazio look to have reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side Marseille for the transfer of midfielder Matteo Guendouzi. The Frenchman has been a target for the Biancocelesti for the last month, and talks between the two sides have finally reached a conclusion.
Sky Sport Italia report that the 24-year-old is set to join Lazio in the coming week in a deal that’s worth a reported €13 million, plus €5 million in achievable bonuses.
Gialuca Di Marzio writes that the move is heading towards its conclusion, with just the players salary to be defined before medical tests are scheduled.
Last season Guendouzi made 33 appearances with Olympique Marseille, scoring 2 goals and provising 4 assists.
