Manager Marco Baroni, who was named Serie A Coach of the Month for October before the match, emphasized the importance of focusing on improvement rather than the league table.
“Our primary ambition is to work and improve,” Baroni stated in his post-match interview. “The league standings are pleasing, but it would be a mistake to focus on them. We were built to have an important season. We’re happy with these points, but we’re not looking at the table.”
