Sky Sport Italia, Fabrizio Romano and other Italian outlets report that Lazio are close to signing Midtjylland winger Gustav Isaksen. The promising young talent was thought to be a target for Milan at the beginning of the summer, but the Biancocelesti look to have now secured a move for the 22-year-old.
Lazio have been quiet during the transfer window, despite selling Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to Al-Hilal, but that’s expected to change in the coming days.
The Aquile are closing in on free agent Daichi Kamada, while Sky Sport report that a €12 million deal is close to being completed for Isaksen.
The deal is expected to be a fixed fee of €10m plus €2m in bonuses, with the player set to sign a five-year contract worth €1.5m per season.
Fabrizio Romano reports on similar lines, saying it will take a little time for the move to finalised, but the player has already accepted the move.
