Juventus are once again being linked with Benfica left-back Alejandro Grimaldo who is expected to be available for free next summer. The 27-year-old, a former Barcelona youth-team prospect has been with As Águias since 2016 but his contract is due to expire in June 2023 and he has yet to agree an extension.
Portuguese paper Record now report that the full-back is of strong interest to Juventus who are looking for a long-term replacement for Alex Sandro who is expected to leave next summer.
According to Record, Juve are pushing to sign the player and would be looking to reach an agreement with him before next June.
The Portuguese international has made 262 appearances for Benfica over 8 years, scoring 20 goals.
