Juventus turn down talks with Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Besiktas for Yildiz

Start

Juventus have turned down talks with the three largest teams in Turkiye, despite their strong interest in young talent Kenan Yildiz. The German-born Turkish international scored the second goal in Türkiye’s 3-2 win over Germany last week, prompting speculation about his future.

Yildiz was part Bayern Munich’s youth system before joining Juventus last summer on a free transfer, despite having lucrative offers elsewhere. The 18-year-old progressed rapidly from the Primavera squad to Juve’s NextGen team, before becoming a permanent part of the Bianconeri first squad earlier this month.

Tuttosport report that Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Besiktas have all made enquiries about Yildiz in recent months, with Fenerbahce having submitted a €10 million offer for the young talent.

Despite the strong interest, Juve have made it clear that they have no intention of selling or even loaning Yildiz, choosing instead to make him part of their plans for the future.
