Juventus have met with the agent of midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as they look to agree terms with the Serbian international. The Bianconeri are looking to beat any potential competition for the midfielder by agreeing terms before next summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport write that Mateja Kezman, agent of both Milinkovic-Savic brothers, was in Turin yesterday, reportedly to meet with both Juve and Torino.
According to Gazzetta, Juve met with Kezman and offered the player a salary of €6 million, an increase on the €4.5 million that Lazio are offering him to renew his contract.
Initial contacts between Juve and Kezman were supposed to be in view with a January transfer, but Gazzetta suggest there aren’t the funds available for this at present.
The aim, instead, is for Juventus to get an agreement in place with the player ahead of next summer, when there is expected to be a lot more competition, and then negotiate with Lazio.
