Juventus target Adeyemi or Sancho to boost Vlahovic, Yildiz to stay, Chiesa at risk

Start

Juventus re agearing up for a major overhaul of their attacking lineup, with sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and new coach Thiago Motta at the helm. The focus has shifted to the forward line after significant investments in the midfield, including the acquisition of Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa and ongoing negotiations for Khephren Thuram (Nice) and Teun Koopmeiners (Atalanta).

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Bianconeri are eyeing Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho to bolster their attack. Adeyemi, a versatile 22-year-old who can play across the front line, is seen as a prime candidate. Dortmund values him at around €30 million, a figure Juventus might need to match. Sancho, who is out of favor at Manchester United, could return to Dortmund, potentially freeing up Adeyemi for a move to Turin.

Dusan Vlahovic, despite a disappointing European Championship, remains a key figure in Motta’s plans. The Serbian striker will be among the first to meet the new coach. Meanwhile, 19-year-old Kenan Yildiz is considered untouchable, with Juventus already working to extend his contract until 2029.

Moise Kean is close to finalizing a move to Fiorentina, with Juventus hoping to secure €15 million from the sale. Federico Chiesa, whose contract expires in 2025, is also on the market. Without a renewal, Juventus are prepared to sell him, with Bayern Munich and Manchester United showing interest. Arek Milik and Filip Kostic, both recovering from knee injuries, are also likely to leave, with potential moves to Bologna and Fenerbahce, respectively.

Giuntoli and Motta are exploring various options to strengthen the squad. Juventus has shown interest in Mason Greenwood, who impressed at Getafe, but Manchester United’s €40 million asking price is a hurdle. Other targets include Real Sociedad’s Mikel Oyarzabal and Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata.
