Juventus scouts were present at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium to observe Atletico Madrid full-back Lodi. The Bianconeri are in the market for a new left-back given that Alex Sandro whose contract expires in 2023.
Tuttosport report that Lodi is not considered ‘untouchable’ by Atleti and they would be prepared to sell him. Juve director Federico Cherubini has an excellent relationship with the Spanish side, ‘as evidenced’ by the deal for Alvaro Morata.
Any potential deal would, however, be subject to a sign-off from senior Juventus management in the summer. Lodi has a contract with Los Colchoneros until 2025.
