Juventus are being linked with a move for Spanish International Marco Asensio when he becomes a free agent next summer. The 26-year-old Real Madrid forward is out of contract in June 2023 and has reportedly chosen to look for a new club when his deal ends.
Italian news channel Sportmediaset report that the Bianconeri are ‘seriously thinking’ about signing the winder who they view as a long-term replacement for Juan Cuadrado and Angel Di Maria, both of whom are expected to leave next year.
Competition is expected to be fierce, so Juve would be expected to offer the player a hefty salary in order to convince him to make the move, especially with Barcelona also interested.
Asensio has been with Los Merengues since 2016, scoring 50 goals in 239 appearances over seven seasons in Madrid.
