Juventus linked with Luiz Henrique

Start

Juventus are being linked with Real Betis winger Luiz Henrique, who could be a viable alternative to Domenico Berardi. The Bianconeri are looking for attacking options in the weeks ahead, and have already been linked with Sassuolo winger Berardi who they previously co-owned.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Juve are looking for more tactical flexibility, allowing them to change from 3-5-2 into a 3-4-3, with Berardi an option for the right-flank.

For the moment, new sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and general manager Giovanni Manna are focused on thinning out the squad (Zakaria, Arthur, McKennie), but are also chasing an offensive winger capable of transforming the basic formation.

At Continassa, they are looking for a technical and dribbling-skilled winger, capable of starting on the right and then coming to play inside the field. The favorite is Berardi, courted repeatedly both by Giuntoli in his Napoli days and by Juventus executives in recent years, but two other talents being followed by Juve.

Both players are from Seville: One is 22-year-old Brazilian Luiz Henrique, who also scored against Roma and is already in Napoli’s sights. And the other is 23-year-old Spaniard Rodri Sanchez.
