Juventus have been drawn against Bundesliga team Freiburg while Roma will face La Liga’s Real Sociedad in the Europa League Round of 16. The Bianconeri qualified for the last 16 beating Nantes in a 3-0 rout and will now face Freiburg who are playing the first match at home on March 9 and the second leg in Germany the following week.
It will be a return to Italy for Freiburg and Azzurri winger Vincenzo Grifo, the clubs current top scorer this season with 13 goals in 29 appearances across all competitions.
Roma will square off against La Liga side Real Sociedad after they eliminated RB Salzburg with a -0 victory at the Stadio Olimpico last night.
