Juventus could sell Swiss midfielder Denis Zakaria to fund a move for Paris Saint-Germain’s Leandro Paredes. The Bianconeri are looking to make some final moves before the window closes, including signing the Argentine who has been a long-standing target for the club.
La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana Della Valle reports that Adrien Rabiot’s move to Manchester United would have freed up a space for Paredes, but as that potential move has fallen through, Zakaria could be sold to create a place in the midfield.
Monaco are among the clubs interested in the Swiss international and the Bianconeri have already held talks with them over a potential transfer.
Juve are also looking to strengthen their front line but talks for Mephis Depay have slowed, given his high salary demands. Juve management are taking time to reflect on the potential outlay for the Dutchman which could cost them close to €22m gross over two years.
