Juventus have reportedly made enquiries to Barcelona about the availability of Franck Kessie, who could be a replacement for Paul Pogba. The Bianconeri are considering their options this summer amid reports from Italian media that Pogba is the subject of a huge offer from the Saudi Arabian league.
La Gazzetta claim that Juve coach Max Allegri has identified Kessie as a potential replacement, if they need to reinforce in the centre of the pitch.
Pogba is the subject of interest from Al-Ahli, who are supposedly prepared to offer him close to €150 million for a three season contract.
Spanish newspaper SPORT cite the same report, suggesting that Barca are prepared to let Kessie leave this summer as he is not part of coach Xavi’s plans.
Kessie made the move to La Liga last summer but struggled for regular playing time and was regularly played from the bench. Inter were also linked with the player in a potential direct swap for Marcelo Brozovic.
