Juventus and Napoli have emerged as potential suitors for Spanish striker Samu Omorodion, following the collapse of his proposed move to Chelsea. Both Italian clubs have made inquiries to Atletico Madrid about the former Alaves forward, who remains in the Spanish capital.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports how Juventus, in particular, has explored the possibility of a loan deal for Omorodion. However, Atletico Madrid is not currently open to this arrangement, except for potential moves within Spain. La Liga clubs Villarreal and Real Sociedad have also shown interest in the young striker.
The Bianconeri’s interest in Omorodion has sparked speculation about a possible departure for Arkadiusz Milik, suggesting that Juventus may be looking to reshape their attacking options.
Napoli, on the other hand, has had a long-standing interest in Omorodion. However, their current priority remains securing a deal for Romelu Lukaku, which has temporarily put their pursuit of the Spanish striker on hold.
Atletico Madrid’s stance on Omorodion’s potential transfer appears to be firm. They are reluctant to sanction a loan move outside of Spain, which could complicate negotiations with both Juventus and Napoli.
