Juventus and Fiorentina reach agreement for Moise Kean transfer

Start

Juventus and Fiorentina have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of Moise Kean. The deal is worth €13 million plus €5 million in bonuses, totaling a potential €18 million transfer fee. The 24-year-old striker from Vercelli will sign a four-year contract with Fiorentina, ending his tenure at Juventus where he made 123 appearances and scored 22 goals.

Sky Sport Italia, Calciomercato and numerous others report that the breakthrough in negotiations came yesterday when Juventus agreed to a permanent transfer, having initially only considered a loan deal. There’s a possibility that Juventus may include a percentage of any future sale in the agreement.

Kean is reportedly pleased with his new destination and has agreed to reduce his salary, which will now be around €2.5 million per season.

Throughout his career, Kean has played 223 club matches, scoring 47 goals, and has 15 caps for the Italian national team with 4 goals. His trophy cabinet includes two Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia, and one Supercoppa Italiana with Juventus, as well as a French Super Cup and a Coupe de France with Paris Saint-Germain.

This move to Fiorentina marks a new chapter in Kean’s career, offering him the opportunity for more regular playing time and a chance to further develop his potential in Serie A.
