Juventus were up against it but turned things around in the second half through a sensational performance from Filip Kostic who set up both goals in a 2-0 win over Inter.
Juventus
Tek: Made some great saves to deny Calhanoglu from distance. Superb stop in a 1 v 1 with Lautaro. 7.0/10
Danilo: Vital early work with his defensive headers before an excellent header to score the second which was overruled by VAR. A captain’s performance. 6.5/10
Bremer: Half chance from a Kostic cross, and resolute at the back in the opening ’45. 6.5/10
Sandro: Very disappointing during the first half but he improved as the match went on. 6.0/10
Cuadrado: Some well-timed runs and had one half chance that was blocked. 6/0/10
Fagioli: Offered lots of energy and positive movement in the centre of the pitch before taking the second goal with an excellent shot. A huge night for the young man. 7.5/10
Locatelli: Not at his best, a little too quiet, even if he did contribute some good work in the closing stages. 6.0/10
Rabiot: Quiet in the first half before scoring the opener with a lovely finish that Onana had no chance of getting to. 7.0/10
Kostic: A little anonymous in the first half, but his counterattacking run was excellent for the Juve opener. Also set up the Juve second which was incorrectly disallowed before making a dazzling run to create the eventual second, which was finished by Fagioli. Sensational. 8.5/10
Miretti: A little frustrated, playing in a higher position and being somewhat stifled at times. 6.0/10
Milik: Lacked service for the entire half and cut a very frustrated figure. 6.0/10
Substitutions:
Chiesa: Helped to relieve the pressure and had a great chance in a 1 v 1 with Onana. 6.5/10

Acerbi: Some wayward tackles, had a great half chance that was deflected wide. 5.5/10
Dumfries: Great block to deny Cuadrado’s effort, but he had to score from the perfect chance he had. 5.0/10
Mkhitaryan: A little quiet at times, relying on his midfield teammates to create the chances. 5.0/10
Calhanoglu: Good effort from range to test Szczesny in both halves, good delivery on the set pieces. 6.0/10
Barella: Vital influence in the midfield, pulling the strings to create openings. 6.5/10

Dzeko: A good presence in the box and wasted a good chance from Lautaro’s flick on. 5.5/10
Martinez: Golden early chance, blazed just wide of the far post. Had a great chance to make it 1-1 but was denied by an excellent save from Szczesny. 6.0/10
